Audio Ministry

Audio recordings of our services are available on this website, and on CD by request. Simply place your name on the CD Request Form on the table in the church sanctuary. CDs are available at no charge, and are a great way to catch up if you have to miss a service. They also are a great tool for witnessing or for encouraging a brother or sister.

Bible Challenge

Classes are available for all school ages on Wednesday nights from September to May.

Flea Market Ministry

Soul winning efforts take place each Saturday at the Capitol Flea Market in Charleston, WV, where the church rents a booth and presents the Gospel to all who will hear.

Nursery

Nursery is available and staffed during Sunday morning worship services. The room is open during other services.

Sunday School

Sunday School begins at 9:45 am with classes for all ages, and is a great way to prepare your heart for the morning worship. It's also a great way to start the week.

Tract Ministry

At First Baptist Church of Pinch, we believe that God has commissioned each of us to go and tell. We also believe that His Word is alive, and that it will not return void, but will accomplish what He pleases (Isa 55:11). We encourage all of our members to use gospel tracts as a witnessing tool, and many different tracts are available at the church. We pass them out in faith that God will honor His Word and use them to reach the lost.

Vacation Bible School

Normally scheduled for one full week in June, VBS helps get the summer started off right with classes for all ages, singing, crafts, and best of all, plenty of sound Bible teaching and preaching. Highlights are a parade on Saturday before VBS to kick off the week, and the Pinewood Derby Race and fellowship held on Saturday to wrap it all up. A Bus Ministry is also available for VBS.

Visitation

Meadowbrook Nursing Home

The ladies group visits the nursing home every Thursday morning at 10:30 am for singing, devotions, and fellowship. Also, on the first and third Thursday evening of every month at 7:00 pm, our church conducts services in the chapel at the nursing home, with singing, preaching, and fellowship.

Soul Winning

Door to door visitation and soul winning takes place on the second and fourth Thursday evenings of each month at 7:00 pm. Come join us as we take the message of Jesus Christ to the community, and share the good news of the Gospel with our friends, family, and neighbors.

Youth Fellowship

Youth meetings are held the last Saturday evening of each month, September through May, with the exception of December. Location of the meetings rotates among local churches of like faith. Activities include Bible Quiz and preaching/testimonies, along with food and fellowship.
