PASTOR MICHAEL SMITH

Pastor Michael Smith was born on May 19, 1987, and was born again on June 22, 1997 as a ten year-old boy.  On August 24, 2004, he surrendered to the call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.  On February 4, 2011, he married his wife, Brittany.

Michael has held pastoral positions in different churches in West Virginia since 2010 as well as preached in many revivals.  In 2017, he earned a Biblical Studies Certificate at Teays Valley School of the Bible, accredited through the Crown College of Powell, TN.  Michael was voted in as the Pastor of the First Baptist Church of Pinch on March 25, 2018.  Michael and Brittany became members of the First Baptist Church of Pinch on the same day that he was voted in.  Pastor Michael is currently pursuing a Master of Ministry degree with a Pastoral Concentration at Veritas Baptist College online.
